Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, onboarding, talent pipeline development, recruitment analytics, employer branding platforms, university partnerships, internship program oversight, hiring manager training, and continuous process improvement. The role requires collaboration with leadership and three days per week in the office.

Analyze digital campaign performance across channels, develop dashboards and reports, validate tracking and metrics, and provide data-driven optimization recommendations. Collaborate with media and account teams, present insights to clients, conduct ad hoc analyses, and apply analytics, statistics, and digital marketing expertise to improve campaign outcomes.
