Prepare and deliver interactive training and mentoring for rural entrepreneurs across Gandaki and Koshi provinces. Design training materials, facilitate sessions (Business Model Canvas, marketing, finance, digital tools), provide one-on-one mentoring, and support agri-entrepreneurship and value-chain interventions in partnership with municipal stakeholders.

Lead Daayitwa's strategy, programs, fundraising, partnerships, research, and operations. Oversee program implementation, team development, financial compliance, communications, and stakeholder engagement to accelerate grassroots economic empowerment in Nepal.

Create audio-visual and design content (newsletters, infographics, videos, photos) to support outreach and promotional activities. Assist event shooting, manage website and social media campaigns, collaborate with communications team, and implement strategies to increase the organization's visibility and publicity.

Lead and manage provincial implementation of the GEEP project: plan and execute field activities, coordinate stakeholders, build partnerships, supervise local teams, monitor and report progress, support M&E and fundraising, and design enterprise acceleration tools to boost rural entrepreneurship and employment.

Provide administrative and coordination support to the Chairperson: manage correspondence and calendars, prepare meeting materials and notes, assist event planning, draft communications and impact stories, support website and social media updates, and help with fundraising research, grant and report writing as needed.

Provide strategic leadership across Daayitwa entities; develop and execute strategic and annual plans; secure funding and partnerships; design and guide innovative programs; oversee large teams, budgets and field implementation; lead outreach, learning events, and stakeholder collaboration to drive evidence-based governance and rural enterprise growth.
