The Project Manager supports global business development by leading proposal and bid submissions, coordinating cross-functional pursuits, managing CRM pipelines, conducting market intelligence, and preparing executive and client engagement materials. The role also maintains business development collateral, templates, case studies, and best practices while supporting aviation-sector partnerships, events, site visits, and trade missions. Success requires strong project coordination, writing, document production, organization, and deadline management skills.

Leads the organization’s insurance and claims function, including insurance program strategy, complex claims, litigation oversight, risk transfer, contractual insurance advice, infrastructure project coverage, multinational compliance, financial governance, executive reporting, and team leadership. Acts as the principal insurance adviser while managing brokers, insurers, legal advisers, auditors, and internal stakeholders across domestic and international operations.
