Leads high-priority strategic, operational, and transformation projects from concept through implementation. Responsibilities include managing plans, budgets, timelines, resources, risks, dependencies, governance, benefits realization, and executive reporting. The role coordinates cross-functional teams, engages senior stakeholders, and supports portfolio oversight across multiple initiatives. Candidates need substantial project management experience, knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies, strong communication and organizational skills, and experience with PMO, business management, or transformation environments.

Manage vulnerability identification, prioritization, governance, remediation, and outsourced service delivery across infrastructure, cloud, applications, and operational technology. Support security reviews, SOC monitoring, incident response, threat assessment, cyber exercises, and emerging technology initiatives. Develop standards, dashboards, metrics, and reporting while coordinating with technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders. Apply cloud security, threat intelligence, risk management, and frameworks including ISO 27001, NIST, and MITRE ATT&CK.

Designs scalable, secure cloud and hybrid architectures using Microsoft Azure, while guiding legacy migration and integrating networks, infrastructure, platforms, storage, applications, and data systems. Develops architecture standards, principles, documentation, and reusable reference architectures. Collaborates with engineering, development, business, and security stakeholders to deliver aligned solutions, assess existing architectures, manage risk, evaluate emerging technologies, and lead cross-functional technical initiatives.
