Leads advanced wealth planning and business development for ultra-high-net-worth clients. The role partners with financial advisors, cultivates new opportunities, delivers educational programs and client resources, and develops differentiated private wealth capabilities. Responsibilities require deep expertise in estate, tax, philanthropic, asset protection, and wealth transfer strategies, along with leadership, presentations, advisor consultation, and strategic initiative management.

Leads enterprise treasury strategy and operations covering cash, liquidity, capital, funding, investments, collateral, balance-sheet management, and treasury risk. Advises the CFO and senior leadership, manages banking and counterparty relationships, oversees regulatory compliance and controls, directs forecasting and stress testing, and develops executive reporting and treasury technology improvements. The role also leads treasury governance, supports audits and examinations, and ensures adequate liquidity and regulatory capital across the company and regulated entities.
