Develop and automate software tests, define team quality strategies, identify defects and risks, conduct exploratory testing, contribute to code reviews and reliability engineering, and improve automation frameworks. The role collaborates closely with developers, designers, product managers, and other testers in an Agile environment while advocating for users and fostering a strong quality culture.

Leads D2L’s Infrastructure Services team and oversees corporate IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, reliability, security, maintenance, monitoring, automation, and incident management. The role develops team members, manages priorities and risks, drives Infrastructure as Code and continuous improvement, and partners across the organization to deliver scalable, resilient, secure infrastructure services. Responsibilities include administration of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, endpoint management, infrastructure licensing, system upgrades, documentation, on-call support, and operational planning.

Owns the strategy, roadmap, requirements, backlog, development lifecycle, market delivery, and end-of-life for Creator products. Collaborates with engineering, design, marketing, sales, customers, and leadership to deliver valuable, feasible, and usable software solutions. Responsibilities include discovery, prioritization, business cases, feasibility analysis, go-to-market planning, release readiness, post-release management, and representing product thought leadership at industry events.
