Serve as a first-line Systems Administrator in a 24x7 operations center supporting an intelligence customer. Monitor hybrid infrastructure and applications using enterprise monitoring/logging tools, triage and correlate incidents, own tickets end-to-end, escalate to Tier 2/3, follow ITIL SOPs, maintain detailed documentation and shift handovers. Requires TS/SCI clearance and DoD 8140 IAT Level II.

Provide advanced desktop support for on-site and remote users, maintain and configure desktop systems, troubleshoot hardware/software, perform OS installs and image management, manage backups/data recovery, audit workstations/servers for compliance, train users, and lead or mentor junior staff. Requires TS/SCI clearance.

Support CORE team to architect, build, and maintain on‑prem and cloud infrastructure. Automate deployments, manage CI/CD, container platforms, monitoring, logging, and security hardening. Administer production/staging/dev environments, participate in Agile teams, provide on‑call support, and collaborate with A&A teams to meet security requirements and operational readiness.
