Serve as a strategic advisor and execution partner to the CEO and senior leadership team. Responsibilities include strategic planning, decision support, operational coordination, process improvement, internal communications, stakeholder and board engagement, executive presentations, and team development. The role drives cross-functional initiatives and enhances organizational effectiveness in a fast-paced investment technology company.

Identify and evaluate technology startup investment opportunities through deal sourcing, due diligence, financial modeling, and market analysis. Build relationships with founders and co-investors, monitor portfolio companies, and support their strategic growth. The role requires venture capital or private equity experience, a successful investment track record, strong analytical and financial abilities, networking skills, and deep knowledge of the startup ecosystem.

Design, develop, and improve scalable software for an investment platform. Lead software development across the lifecycle, mentor junior engineers, solve complex technical problems, maintain code quality through testing and reviews, and recommend technology enhancements. The role is remote in the USA with four in-person retreats annually.
