Supports full-cycle, high-volume, multi-currency accounts payable operations, including invoice matching, vendor management, reconciliations, purchasing, payment runs, tax filings, and discrepancy resolution. Assists with treasury activities such as cash positioning, forecasting, bank administration, wire payments, intercompany settlements, and fraud controls. Maintains financial reports and dashboards, supports audits, and identifies opportunities to improve and automate AP and treasury workflows.

Leads a systems administration team, managing staffing, priorities, on-call coverage, infrastructure, security tools, enterprise platforms, IT service delivery, incidents, compliance, and automation. The role provides hands-on technical escalation support, oversees Microsoft infrastructure and cloud connectivity, improves operational processes, and partners with IT leadership and cross-functional teams on business initiatives. It is remote within Florida.

Develop and maintain scientific software for quantum processor calibration, hardware interfaces, testing, monitoring, and operational infrastructure. Collaborate with scientists and engineers, improve architecture and performance, conduct technical investigations, support the full software lifecycle, and participate in on-call support for quantum processing systems.
