Teams at D-Wave Systems

Conduct experimental research on superconducting quantum processors, including device characterization, calibration, noise reduction, performance modeling, and processor optimization. Develop experimental procedures, theoretical models, simulations, data-analysis routines, and LISP infrastructure for processor operation. Document findings and collaborate with physicists, engineers, designers, cryogenic experts, software developers, and other internal teams.

Provides strategic legal support across corporate and commercial matters in the EMEA region. Drafts and negotiates complex commercial, technology, procurement, software, research, and confidentiality agreements; advises on legal risks and business operations; supports contract lifecycle management; partners with cross-functional teams; manages external counsel; and delivers practical legal guidance in a global, technology-driven environment.

Leads technical engagements with North American enterprise customers adopting quantum computing solutions. Presents products and roadmaps, identifies optimization use cases, supports deployments, provides advisory and technical support, and builds long-term client relationships. Collaborates with sales, product, professional services, marketing, and development teams to communicate customer needs, identify service opportunities, and drive measurable ROI. The role requires 30%–50% travel for conferences, client meetings, training, and sales events.
