Presents products and roadmaps, identifies optimization use cases, supports deployments, provides advisory and technical support, and builds long-term client relationships. Collaborates with sales, product, professional services, marketing, and development teams to communicate customer needs, identify service opportunities, and drive measurable ROI. The role requires 30%–50% travel for conferences, client meetings, training, and sales events.

Design and build core platform infrastructure, backend services, tooling, and user-facing features supporting quantum simulators and quantum processors. Lead architecture and implementation of scalable, resilient systems; troubleshoot performance issues; contribute across the software lifecycle; participate in code and design reviews; and mentor junior engineers. Collaborate with product managers, scientists, and applications engineers to deliver reliable production solutions.

Lead and develop a team of experimental physicists and materials scientists advancing quantum processor technology. Set technical priorities, allocate people and budgets, manage risks, and partner across engineering, fabrication, software, product, and program management. Guide superconducting circuit, quantum annealing, gate-model, cryogenic, and processor scaling initiatives while fostering scientific innovation. Contribute to technical reviews, publications, patents, roadmap decisions, hiring, performance management, and long-term organizational capability.
