Responsibilities include software architecture, experimentation tooling, debugging, performance optimization, code reviews, testing, documentation, and mentoring junior engineers.

Leads a systems administration team, managing staffing, priorities, on-call coverage, infrastructure, security tools, enterprise platforms, IT service delivery, incidents, compliance, and automation. The role provides hands-on technical escalation support, oversees Microsoft infrastructure and cloud connectivity, improves operational processes, and partners with IT leadership and cross-functional teams on business initiatives. It is remote within Florida.
