Build and lead a customer intelligence function from the ground up. Unify DTC, retail, social, and web data into actionable customer, SKU, business, brand, and market insights. Develop segmentation, dashboards, reporting infrastructure, competitive intelligence, and consumer research programs. Use LLMs, AI models, and agents to automate reporting and analysis while partnering with marketing, commercial, retail, and creative teams to inform campaigns, innovation, pricing, and investment decisions.
