Requires fluent English and German, strong communication and organization, client-facing ability, recruitment experience, and an interest in IT.

Sources candidates through headhunting, job boards, LinkedIn, Xing, and other channels while developing talent networks and gathering market intelligence. The role requires strong communication, organization, client-facing ability, IT interest, and fluency in English and German.

Manage Germany’s hire-to-retire HR activities, lead and develop the H2R team, optimize processes, support HR transformation and system projects, ensure accurate HR operations, handle escalations, and analyze KPIs. The role partners with HR business partners, international operations teams, and business stakeholders while overseeing onboarding, employee lifecycle processes, offboarding, and payroll deadlines.
