Provide first and second level IT support for end-users, troubleshoot incidents via a ticketing system, document activities, and support IT onboarding.

Coordinate installation of IT infrastructure components, oversee cabling activities, support server and network device configuration, and ensure compliance with project standards.

Provide onsite 1st/2nd-level IT support in Basel: resolve software, hardware, mobile and peripheral issues; troubleshoot networks, VPN, firewalls, switches and telephony; support meetings/conferencing; maintain knowledge base; train and communicate with users; escalate incidents when needed.
