Provides onsite IT/OT break-fix support for thin clients, industrial PCs, handhelds, lab equipment, automation, production systems, PLCs, SCADA, and OT networks. Handles upgrades, patching, backups, ITIL incident/problem/change management, database troubleshooting, compliance with CSV, GxP, and data integrity procedures, and disaster recovery planning. Requires onsite availability, a monthly 24/7 on-call rotation, and fluent Dutch and English.

Manage administrative HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, employee changes, leave arrangements, terminations, documentation, and HR data maintenance. Respond to employee and manager inquiries, support audits and labor-law compliance, and improve HR processes, systems, and data quality. The role requires strong English and German communication skills and experience with HR systems, preferably Workday or SAP HR Core.

Provides onsite support for OT and industrial automation systems, including Siemens PLCs, SCADA, HMI, communication modules, and control infrastructure. Responsibilities include troubleshooting incidents, diagnostics, patching, firmware upgrades, backups, recovery, PLC modifications, HMI/SCADA maintenance, commissioning, validation, system integrations, and documentation. The engineer supports production-critical systems in GMP/GxP validated environments, follows QMS and GAMP 5 procedures, and coordinates with engineering, IT, production, quality, OEMs, and vendors. OT cybersecurity, access control, and system hardening are also supported.
