Manages territory customer retention activities across Lagos and Ogun, focusing on collections, repossessions, customer experience, and campaign performance. Recruits, coaches, and develops collection officers; monitors productivity and service standards; resolves escalated complaints; analyzes team statistics; prepares performance reports; and implements process improvements and motivation plans. Partners with retention teams to improve campaigns, products, services, and customer outcomes.

Drives retail sales and territory growth through PAYGO channel management, channel partner recruitment, third-party agent training, SEP onboarding, stock monitoring, route-to-market execution, field sales initiatives, and strategic capacity building. The role is accountable for sales targets, channel productivity, profitability, and coverage across the assigned territory.

Drives retail sales across an assigned territory, manages the PAYGO channel, recruits and trains channel partners and sales agents, monitors stock levels, onboards and manages sales partners, implements route-to-market strategies, and executes field initiatives to achieve sales targets and improve channel productivity and profitability.
