Supports global credit initiatives across operating companies by monitoring portfolio performance, coordinating projects, tracking milestones, and escalating risks. Prepares reports, dashboards, executive materials, SOPs, training resources, and implementation documentation. Coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, fraud management, BI requirements, UAT, technology rollouts, and performance improvement actions across geographically distributed markets.

Drives retail sales and channel performance across an assigned territory. Responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, training, and monitoring sales agents; managing the PAYGO channel; promoting recommended products; executing route-to-market plans; monitoring stock levels; implementing field sales initiatives; and building channel capacity to achieve sales and profitability targets.

Coordinates inbound receiving, dispatch, distribution, shipment tracking, proof-of-delivery closure, transporter management, inventory movement controls, compliance, reporting, and logistics cost control. The role ensures accurate, safe, traceable product movements across warehouses and stocking locations, resolves delivery discrepancies, monitors service performance, and identifies continuous-improvement opportunities.
