Serve as first-line technical contact for clients: troubleshoot usability, API, import/export, campaign issues; manage client onboarding; collaborate with account managers; escalate to level 2 when needed to ensure timely technical resolution.

Lead technical sales for Dengage in Brazil: run discovery, design solutions, build demos/PoCs, handle RFPs and security reviews, and ensure smooth handovers to implementation while articulating ROI to C-level stakeholders.
