The role is hybrid in Van Nuys, California, and requires 5+ years of professional copywriting experience.

Manages end-to-end payroll, timekeeping reconciliation, payroll compliance, employee records, and HRIS administration. Partners with warehouse leadership on employee relations, performance management, attendance, recruitment, onboarding, safety, and compliance. Supports unemployment claims, workers’ compensation, employee engagement, and HR inquiries while maintaining confidentiality. The role is hybrid, requiring weekly presence at headquarters and the warehouse, with responsibility for supporting an hourly, frontline workforce.

Leads DÔEN’s cross-platform social media strategy, content production, cultural storytelling, community growth, and performance optimization. Partners with Content, Communications, Community, Customer Care, Ecommerce, and Paid Media teams to align social activity with brand and business goals. Establishes KPIs, analyzes performance, identifies trends, mentors a social media teammate, and builds scalable workflows for fast, high-quality content execution across organic and emerging platforms.

Leads end-to-end development, sourcing, purchasing, and commercialization of trims, packaging, labels, hardware, and branding materials. Partners with design, marketing, product development, production, quality, and suppliers to meet seasonal milestones, cost, quality, compliance, and sustainability requirements. Manages supplier relationships, sampling, purchase orders, PLM records, pricing, testing, RSL compliance, packaging data, and production readiness across DÔEN’s product categories.

Staff Accountant responsible for general ledger maintenance, journal entries, account reconciliations, sales tax reporting, fixed assets, bank and credit card reconciliations, and month-end and year-end close support. The role also assists with financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, audits, internal controls, and accounting process improvements while ensuring accurate, compliant, and audit-ready financial records.

Manages international inbound and outbound logistics across retail, e-commerce, and international distribution. Coordinates freight forwarders, vendors, customs brokers, shipments, purchase order fulfillment, documentation, inventory updates, and ERP/WMS records. Supports trade compliance, HTS validation, ACE/AES filings, duty drawback records, chargebacks, and receiving. Identifies fulfillment inefficiencies, implements cost-saving strategies, maintains SOPs, and collaborates with production, operations, customer care, accounting, and logistics partners.

The Wholesale Planner develops seasonal and monthly sales, inventory, margin, and revenue plans for the wholesale channel. Responsibilities include analyzing performance, managing inventory, forecasting account demand, supporting reforecasting and scenario planning, building dashboards, troubleshooting data discrepancies, and partnering with Sales, Operations, Buying, and Merchandising. The role also helps improve planning processes, tools, reporting, and data visibility while supporting profitable growth and margin goals.

Supports international and domestic wholesale accounts through market preparation, assortment building, JOOR management, order processing, reporting, forecasting, financial reconciliation, and customer communication. Coordinates with merchandising, operations, production, design, marketing, and finance teams on seasonal sales, pop-ups, collaborations, shipping updates, and account support. Maintains selling reports, product data, delivery details, and wholesale receivables while contributing to process improvements and special projects.

Finance Manager responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, management reporting, and detailed expense and retail store performance analysis. Partners with Accounting, Retail leadership, department heads, and senior leaders to evaluate profitability, investment opportunities, operating expenses, and business performance. Supports month-end close, accruals, long-range planning, scenario analysis, and actionable financial insights across a multi-channel fashion and retail organization.

Supports the Design Director and team with seasonal concept research, fabric and trim development, design presentations, style documentation, sketches, color CADs, embroidery layouts, and BOMs. Manages design files, line sheets, archives, and cross-functional communication with Development and Technical Design teams. Requires strong organization, apparel design knowledge, sketching ability, color sensitivity, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.

Owns the operational infrastructure of the brand team, including workflows, creative intake, campaign execution, go-to-market planning, launch readiness, project management, budgets, and cross-functional alignment. The role manages calendars, shoots, deliverables, external partners, and complex brand initiatives while improving processes, accountability, and execution efficiency.
