The role requires strong local hotel networks, consultative selling, negotiation skills, hospitality or SaaS experience, and fluency in Thai and English.

Develop and maintain CRM training, e-learning, help content, release-readiness materials, and adoption resources for internal and external users. Deliver bilingual English-French training, translate complex product functionality into practical guidance, coordinate content validation, monitor product changes and user feedback, and collaborate with Product, Support, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and Training teams. The role emphasizes product enablement, knowledge management, learning content quality, and CRM adoption rather than product strategy or roadmap ownership.
