Develops new business and manages existing customer accounts in the foodservice and specialty food markets. Builds relationships with chefs, restaurants, hospitality professionals, and retailers; recommends product solutions; promotes premium food products; develops sales plans; prepares proposals; coordinates pricing, inventory, deliveries, credit, and issue resolution; maintains sales records; and supports customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Develops new business and manages existing foodservice accounts by providing tailored product recommendations, pricing strategies, and exceptional customer service. Promotes premium seafood, meats, poultry, game, and gourmet products to chefs, restaurants, hospitality professionals, and retailers. Coordinates with product, purchasing, logistics, operations, and accounting teams to support inventory, deliveries, credit terms, and issue resolution. Maintains sales records, executes sales plans, researches prospects, and builds long-term customer partnerships.

Responsible for growing external fulfillment accounts, achieving revenue and gross margin goals, understanding customer needs, recommending products and pricing, and maintaining customer relationships. The role conducts market research, collaborates with operations and customer service, manages vendor relationships, supports continuous improvement, and uses management and shipping systems. Knowledge of food safety guidelines and fulfillment operations is required.
