Lead and manage full accounts payable cycle including vendor onboarding, invoice processing, payments, reconciliations, month-end close support, 1099 and tax documentation, ERP/process improvements, reporting, audit support, and vendor/internal partner relationships to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial operations.

Manage end-to-end accounts receivable: billing, invoicing, cash application, collections, reconciliations, dispute resolution, credit administration, month-end close support, reporting, audits, and process improvements while collaborating with customers and internal teams to optimize cash flow and maintain accurate receivable records.

Perform final inspection, reassembly, and quality control of firearms following manufacturing and test-firing. Report defects, complete paperwork, follow safety protocols, maintain workspace, and support team to meet production demands.
