Supports HR administration, employee onboarding and offboarding, benefits and records maintenance, vendor coordination, office operations, employee engagement, and performance management. Leads full-cycle IT recruiting by writing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating hiring needs, and maintaining talent pipelines. Handles confidential employee information, grievances, and disciplinary records while collaborating with IT and other departments.

Performs accounting and bookkeeping for a client, including journal entries, reconciliations, financial statements, accounts receivable and payable, payroll, invoicing, insurance claims, audits, and management reporting. Maintains financial records, internal controls, confidentiality, and communication with clients, insurers, and internal teams. The role requires independent work during U.S. business hours and relocation to Clark, Pampanga.

Manage and maintain customer accounts, collaborate with engineering to validate solutions, prepare quotes and proposals, follow up with customers and sales executives, close sales, and track procurement and delivery until successful implementation.
