Design, implement, monitor, and support network and VoIP infrastructures for SMB customers. Troubleshoot routers, firewalls, switches, access points, and PBX (Issabel). Maintain monitoring, alerting, and patch management; design call routing and voice network architecture; respond to incidents and work with clients and internal teams to deliver solutions.

Manage and maintain customer accounts, collaborate with engineering to validate solutions, prepare quotes and proposals, follow up with customers and sales executives, close sales, and track procurement and delivery until successful implementation.

The Recruitment Specialist will manage full cycle recruiting, coordinate HR duties, and ensure employee satisfaction while adhering to workplace compliance and communication standards.
