Design, implement, monitor, and support network and VoIP infrastructures for SMB customers. Troubleshoot routers, firewalls, switches, access points, and PBX (Issabel). Maintain monitoring, alerting, and patch management; design call routing and voice network architecture; respond to incidents and work with clients and internal teams to deliver solutions.

Provide technical support to customers by troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing installations, and ensuring outstanding customer service.

The Recruitment Specialist will manage full cycle recruiting, coordinate HR duties, and ensure employee satisfaction while adhering to workplace compliance and communication standards.
