The Product Owner manages software product backlogs, translates business requirements into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and coordinates Agile sprint planning, development, QA validation, and releases. The role serves as the liaison between Product Management, developers, QA engineers, and stakeholders, monitors progress, resolves blockers, maintains documentation, and ensures enhancements align with business priorities and customer expectations.

Supports full-cycle recruitment through candidate sourcing, outreach, screening, interview scheduling, and hiring coordination. Maintains employee records, benefits, onboarding and exit documentation, grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary records. Assists with employee engagement, performance management, hiring forecasts, labor-law compliance, and employee support while handling confidential information.

Supports HR administration, employee onboarding and offboarding, benefits and records maintenance, vendor coordination, office operations, employee engagement, and performance management. Leads full-cycle IT recruiting by writing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating hiring needs, and maintaining talent pipelines. Handles confidential employee information, grievances, and disciplinary records while collaborating with IT and other departments.
