Ensure production readiness, schedule attainment, quality, regulatory compliance (ISO 13485, FDA QSR, MDSAP, EU MDR), continuous improvement, and supply chain coordination. Manage performance metrics, operational issues, manufacturing transfers, and cross-functional collaboration to support product launches and scalable commercial operations.

Support medical device R&D by assisting with CAD/drawings, prototyping and light assembly, executing test protocols, collecting and analyzing data, preparing test reports, and maintaining engineering and assembly documentation.
