The role owns test strategies, acceptance criteria, UAT, AI output validation, and continuous improvement. It requires business analysis experience, preferably in insurance, strong stakeholder management, client-facing workshop facilitation, and practical experience with AI tools, prompt engineering, and LLM limitations.
