Partners with senior leaders and HR on workforce planning, talent market insights, sourcing, pipelines, and hiring outcomes. Oversees recruiting agencies and contract recruiters, strengthens employer branding and university partnerships, and improves recruiting processes, systems, reporting, governance, and candidate experience. Ensures compliance with employment regulations and GDPR while coaching stakeholders and aligning European recruiting operations with global teams.
