Performs and leads statistical programming for Phase I-IV clinical trials using SAS and CDISC standards. Responsibilities include clinical data manipulation, SDTM and ADaM dataset generation, TLF production, QC and validation, efficacy analysis, ad hoc reporting, submission documentation, and collaboration with clients and cross-functional teams. The role may also provide study leadership across multiple projects.

The Principal Statistical Programmer independently develops, validates, and maintains SAS and R programs for clinical trials. Responsibilities include creating SDTM and ADaM datasets, specifications, tables, listings, figures, Define-XML files, and regulatory submission materials. The role oversees CRO programming deliverables, supports clinical reports and data validation, applies FDA and ICH requirements, contributes to standards and SOPs, and collaborates with statisticians, vendors, CROs, and clinical development teams.

Transform operational data into actionable insights by building semantic models, reporting solutions and metrics (Power BI/Fabric, DAX, M, SQL). Ensure data quality, governance, access controls, troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration to enable self-service analytics.
