Provide onsite support for Microsoft Office 365 applications, PowerShell scripting, VPN access for telecommuters, Active Directory account management, and permissions for shared files and folders. Troubleshoot end-user issues by phone and in person, manage licenses, and support Windows file servers. The position is a 24-plus-month onsite contract in Los Angeles, with transportation industry experience preferred.

Develop and maintain scalable enterprise web applications using React, JavaScript or TypeScript, C#, and .NET. Build responsive interfaces, backend services, REST APIs, and microservice integrations. Design Azure cloud solutions, support CI/CD deployments, participate in architecture and code reviews, troubleshoot applications, and collaborate with stakeholders, QA, product owners, and developers in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Lead SAP platform strategy, roadmap, and operations across ECC, S/4HANA, HANA, BI, integrations, and related infrastructure. Manage SAP Basis administration, RISE with SAP and S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition environments, performance tuning, transports, monitoring, backups, high availability, disaster recovery, and system copies. Lead distributed SAP Basis teams and coordinate with security and audit stakeholders. This hybrid role requires four onsite days and one remote day weekly in Mansfield, Massachusetts.
