Provides analytical support for financing strategy and capital markets activities, including financial modeling, underwriting, debt covenant compliance, funding requests, transaction execution, and hedging program management. Prepares debt documentation, reports, presentations, and investor materials while coordinating with internal teams, lenders, financial institutions, legal counsel, and other partners. Tracks market indicators and supports strategic initiatives, capital allocation, and asset management decisions.

Supervises data centre electrical and mechanical infrastructure, preventative and reactive maintenance, contractor performance, alarms, incidents, changes, and customer requests. Maintains uptime, reviews operational procedures, oversees permits and safety compliance, assigns remedial work, supports outage response, and covers the Data Centre Manager when needed. The role requires electrical or mechanical training, data centre operations experience, BMS knowledge, leadership, bilingual Spanish and English communication, and participation in out-of-hours support.

Leads quarterly and annual financial statement preparation, disclosures, technical accounting research, audit coordination, reporting controls, and accounting standard implementation. Partners with accounting, finance, tax, legal, treasury, and auditors while supporting complex transactions, SEC reporting, consolidations, and other accounting projects.
