Teams at Cypress Pointe Surgical Hospital

Provides evening-shift nursing care to residents, administers medications and treatments, documents care, conducts rounds, reports changes, assigns nursing staff, and supports interdisciplinary patient care. The charge nurse also supervises licensed nurses and nursing assistants, follows nursing standards and community policies, and ensures residents maintain the highest possible level of functioning.
