Lead and coordinate community school efforts across three high schools: broker partnerships, supervise program staff, manage grants and data reporting, connect families to services, plan interventions, ensure cultural/linguistic appropriateness, and support school leadership to improve student outcomes.

Recruit and place participants into employment by building employer partnerships (construction, healthcare), delivering work-readiness training, providing individualized career coaching and case management, coordinating support services, monitoring progress, maintaining records and reporting, and engaging community partners to promote participant retention and long-term success.

Plan and implement educational, recreational, leadership, community service, and arts activities for school-aged children. Ensure safety, manage group behavior, maintain records and facilities, participate in professional development, build positive relationships with participants, and support program operations across after-school, evening, weekend, and summer programs.
