It requires strong Excel, coordination, follow-up, stakeholder management, and organizational skills, with ERP or CMMS experience advantageous.

Manages end-to-end supply chain and logistics operations, including supplier coordination, cost negotiation, inbound and outbound shipments, inventory accuracy, warehouse fulfillment, order dispatch, sample management, and customer responses. The role focuses on meeting delivery targets, optimizing logistics and procurement costs, tracking inventory turnover and slow-moving stock, and improving overall supply chain efficiency.

Manages daily office administration and facility operations, including vendors, procurement, assets, records, logistics, budgets, workplace safety, employee onboarding support, meetings, and office events. Coordinates housekeeping, security, maintenance, workspace allocation, courier services, and transportation while ensuring an organized, safe, clean, and efficient workplace.
