Drive new business and expand enterprise accounts in the UK market. Manage the full sales cycle, develop strategic client solutions, maintain pipeline and CRM (Salesforce), deliver forecasts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet revenue targets and ensure customer success.

Develop and execute global SEO, GEO and localization strategies to grow organic visibility and conversions across markets. Lead technical SEO, keyword research, CMS/CMP governance (Optimizely), collaborate with Product/Engineering for sprinted fixes, optimise SEO-to-conversion with Marketo, report monthly on SEO performance and organic pipeline, and implement AI/LLM search visibility initiatives.

Lead end-to-end internal IT operations for the Kochi site including Service Desk (L1/L2) and Infrastructure (L3). Own ITIL-aligned incident, problem, change and request processes, drive continuous service improvement, manage vendors and budget, oversee core infrastructure (AD, Azure AD, Linux, virtualization, backup/DR), and mentor teams to deliver reliable, secure workplace technology and excellent end-user service.
