Oversees revenue close, accrued and deferred revenue, reconciliations, audit support, revenue analysis, and control remediation. Manages a team of three and partners with Finance, Commercial, RevOps, billing, IT, and systems teams. Sponsors BI, automation, AI-enabled reviews, and improvements across Salesforce, NetSuite, Certinia, Cleverbridge, and other revenue platforms.

Leads marketing and go-to-market strategy for the Flooring business unit, owning market positioning, buyer personas, competitive intelligence, product launches, sales enablement, demand generation, and customer expansion. Partners with the Flooring GM, Product Management, Sales, and Revenue Marketing to drive bookings and commercial outcomes. Manages a small team using a player-coach approach in a high-growth, PE-backed SaaS environment.

Maintains revenue and cost models, reconciles EPM data, prepares monthly reporting packs, builds business cases, supports headcount and purchase order approvals, tracks non-recurring costs, and contributes to budgeting and forecasting. The role performs variance analysis, scenario modeling, pricing and margin analysis, and ad hoc commercial finance support while partnering with cross-functional teams and supporting the Commercial Finance Manager.
