Leads enterprise DevOps, platform engineering, cloud operations, SRE, DevSecOps, AI Ops, and Agentic DevOps strategy. Owns the Internal Developer Platform, CI/CD governance, cloud reliability, security automation, observability, engineering metrics, and AI governance. Builds and mentors globally distributed technical teams while managing budgets, vendors, executive stakeholders, and organizational change.

Design and implement AI, machine learning, and computer vision solutions, including REST APIs, vector database schemas, scalable queries, proof-of-concepts, automated testing, and Azure DevOps deployment pipelines. Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and DevOps teams to build secure, scalable cloud applications. Troubleshoot issues, maintain technical documentation, improve coding and DevOps standards, and mentor interns and junior engineers.

Drive new business sales for Cyncly’s SaaS solutions in the furniture and residential market. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through close, develop pipeline through outbound prospecting and networking, maintain accurate CRM data, meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets, and attend trade shows to identify prospects and present solutions.
