Provides commercial legal support for a property development company, including drafting and negotiating contracts, advising internal teams, interpreting policies, researching legislation, supporting company formations and governance, managing legal templates, and liaising with external counsel. The role requires expertise in complex commercial contracting, real estate, property development or construction, company secretarial matters, and multi-jurisdictional regulatory environments.

Leads the full power electronics development lifecycle, including architecture, circuit design, simulation, prototyping, testing, compliance, and production support. Designs power conversion systems, performs component selection, worst-case, thermal, and loss analyses, and develops hardware test plans. Collaborates with multidisciplinary engineering teams, manages project deliverables and technical risks, and mentors junior engineers while tracking emerging technologies and regulatory requirements.

Deliver ERP presales and implementation services, including requirements gathering, system setup, user training, and coordination with global project teams. Collaborate closely with the Director of Service Delivery and teams across the Philippines, Middle East, and North America. The role requires ERP experience, preferably NetSuite, plus industry knowledge in warehousing, manufacturing, or media and entertainment. Strong English communication and fluency in Japanese are required.
