Design solutions spanning data, AI, security, integration, and Power Platform; develop SOWs, phased delivery plans, estimates, assumptions, and risk controls. Translate AI and automation requests into measurable business outcomes, manage delivery risk and deal readiness, and coordinate clean handoffs among sales, delivery, and leadership.

Lead client-facing innovation and AI strategy projects, facilitating workshops, developing governance and risk frameworks, and translating business goals into actionable execution plans. Create strategy decks and operational playbooks, support account planning and pre-sales, and contribute to internal best practices. The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, analytical communication, strategic storytelling, and experience with enterprise technology initiatives and process design.

Implements and manages Microsoft Purview compliance, data governance, classification, retention, data loss prevention, and risk management solutions across Azure and Microsoft 365. Consults with clients, develops policies and controls, integrates Microsoft services, provides technical guidance, supports enterprise deployments, monitors compliance, and produces comprehensive as-built documentation.
