Teams at Cyberstaff

Support customers throughout onboarding, adoption, troubleshooting, retention, and account growth. Build strong relationships, identify upgrade and conversion opportunities, gather product feedback, and improve the customer journey. The role combines customer success, account management, technical support, and warm sales while working closely with the founding and product teams at an early-stage AI startup.
