Leads IT engineering strategy, teams, and delivery across infrastructure, cloud, networking, compliance, and client implementations. Oversees enterprise and hybrid-cloud solutions, automation, monitoring, DevOps, security compliance, and continuous improvement. Partners with executives, service delivery, sales, account management, and clients on roadmaps, technical solutions, proposals, and business outcomes. Ensures projects meet scope, budget, quality, security, and client requirements while driving scalable MSP services.

Serve as single point of accountability for a portfolio of managed-service customers: onboard clients, coordinate technical and compliance projects, drive execution, surface and mitigate risks, run quarterly business reviews, monitor KPIs and health indicators, and identify retention and upsell opportunities while holding internal teams accountable.

Drive new business and expand enterprise accounts for managed cybersecurity services. Conduct consultative selling, manage full sales cycle, present solutions, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with delivery teams to meet sales targets and ensure client onboarding, compliance, and satisfaction.
