The Controller leads accounting operations, monthly and annual close processes, financial reporting, accounts payable and receivable, cash management, internal controls, compliance, and audits. The role manages two accounting professionals, ensures GAAP-compliant records, analyzes financial performance, supports budgeting and variance reviews, and partners with the CFO and department leaders to improve financial accountability, processes, and business insight.

Manages technology partner relationships and channel marketing programs, including MDF, co-branded campaigns, sales enablement, field events, partner certifications, and performance reporting. Collaborates with Sales, Events, Finance, and vendor teams to increase partner funding, engagement, and partner-influenced pipeline. The role also supports vendor onboarding, account mapping, co-sell opportunities, and scalable partner marketing processes. Hybrid work requires approximately 25% travel and regular event-related evening or weekend work.

Own the Houston territory by acquiring enterprise customers, expanding strategic accounts, and achieving revenue and gross-profit quotas. Build territory and account plans, prospect directly and with technology partners, lead complex cybersecurity solution sales, develop executive relationships, negotiate terms, and maintain accurate Salesforce forecasts. Collaborate with engineering and professional services teams to position cybersecurity technologies, assessments, testing, incident response, and managed services. The role requires approximately 25% travel throughout the territory and occasional regional travel.
