Develops, tests, maintains, debugs, and modernizes IBM Assembler Language Code applications on z/OS mainframes. Responsibilities include modifying legacy code, conducting trial runs, documenting program logic, resolving issues with analysts and IT staff, interfacing with front-end systems, supporting migrations to Java or MongoDB, and complying with federal security standards.

Provides administrative, executive, and meeting support for CISA sector activities in classified and unclassified environments. Coordinates calendars, logistics, attendees, materials, records, action trackers, correspondence, and executive briefing materials. Interfaces with senior officials and stakeholders, prepares meeting notes and status updates, monitors deadlines, and follows security, privacy, records-management, and DHS formatting requirements.

Supports CISA councils and sector governance through meeting coordination, records and document management, stakeholder engagement, research, reporting, action tracking, and executive deliverables. Maintains governance materials, coordinates approvals, performs quality and Section 508 checks, and provides administrative or analytical support during high-tempo events. The role requires onsite work in Arlington, Virginia, U.S. citizenship, DHS suitability, and an active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain SCI.
