Test the platform and agent across environments, design and maintain QA automation, execute manual tests, define test plans with Product and R&D, file and track bugs, and produce clear test documentation and reports.

Manage enterprise and SME customers and select partners to drive adoption and value from Cybereason. Lead onboarding, upgrades, and feature training; own customer health scores and renewal risk; act as voice of the customer; coordinate internal and partner resources; and improve post-sales processes.

Lead SME territory sales for new business and account expansion: prospecting, proposals, upsell/cross-sell, partner management, cross-functional coordination, territory planning (quarterly action plans), pipeline management, forecasting, and reflecting market/customer needs into sales strategy.
