Provide remote and on-site IT support for clients, diagnose and resolve hardware, network, and software issues, maintain customer environment knowledge, and execute technology migrations involving Exchange, Active Directory, and other platforms. The role requires strong infrastructure, server, networking, virtualization, security, documentation, troubleshooting, communication, and task-prioritization skills, along with customer-service focus and continuous process improvement.

Provides onsite and remote IT support for client environments, diagnosing hardware, network, and software issues. Manages system updates, patching, servers, workstations, virtualization, firewalls, Microsoft technologies, backups, and security solutions. Maintains system documentation, learns customer environments, prioritizes multiple tasks, explains technical issues clearly, and delivers customer-focused troubleshooting with minimal supervision.

The Account Executive II will acquire new SMB and mid-market customers, expand existing relationships, and sell managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud, networking, and infrastructure solutions. Responsibilities include consultative selling, C-suite relationship management, proposals and quotes, pipeline forecasting, prospecting, sales presentations, partner collaboration, trade shows, and customer events. The role requires translating complex technical needs into business solutions and using data-driven and AI-assisted tools to generate opportunities.
