The Senior Project Engineer – Networking is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and delivery of complex networking and security solutions, primarily using Fortinet technologies, while acting as a technical advisor to clients.

Provide hybrid on-site and remote systems engineering and support for clients: troubleshoot hardware, network, and software issues; perform patch management and backups; manage servers, networking, firewalls, and Office 365 administration; maintain documentation and proactively improve processes. Requires reliable transportation and occasional evening/weekend availability.

The Account Executive drives customer acquisition and expands client relationships, focusing on IT and cybersecurity solutions for SMBs and mid-market organizations. Responsibilities include managing customer relationships, using data-driven prospecting, and collaborating on client solutions.
