Lead billing and accounts payable team to ensure accurate, timely client invoicing and vendor payments. Oversee invoice creation, contract reconciliation, WIP recording, revenue forecasting, and billing integrations for acquisitions. Partner with project managers and finance to resolve discrepancies, improve processes, and maintain GAAP-compliant revenue reporting.

Provide hybrid on-site and remote systems engineering and support for clients: troubleshoot hardware, network, and software issues; perform patch management and backups; manage servers, networking, firewalls, and Office 365 administration; maintain documentation and proactively improve processes. Requires reliable transportation and occasional evening/weekend availability.

Strategic finance leader reporting to the CFO to scale financial infrastructure: own monthly close and reporting, build models and dashboards, lead NetSuite ERP implementation, design a centralized data lake and BI layer, drive budgeting/forecasting and PE reporting, and lead financial integration for M&A while partnering cross-functionally and enabling change management and training.
