Plans and schedules electrical construction and renewable energy projects using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project. Develops baseline and detailed schedules, tracks progress, analyzes delays, prepares extension-of-time claims, identifies critical paths and risks, and produces reports, S-curves, and look-ahead schedules. Coordinates with engineering, procurement, project management, and site teams while ensuring planning documentation meets project and contract requirements.

Manage end-to-end, high-volume recruitment for global clients and internal roles. Responsibilities include candidate sourcing and headhunting, behavioral and competency-based interviewing, client and stakeholder partnership, talent pipeline development, recruitment metrics tracking, and team support. The role requires strong communication, organization, leadership, and multitasking skills, with proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, spreadsheets, and recruitment tools. This is a full-time, office-based position in Pasig City.
