Ensure model trustworthiness, monitor performance, and apply prompt engineering, RAG, and fine-tuning techniques.

The role involves achieving sales quotas, developing strategic plans, consulting with clients, participating in complex sales processes, and leveraging CRM tools to drive revenue.

Serve as a strategic, technical advisor for Cyaras top global accounts, driving adoption, technical strategy, escalation ownership, and value realization. Build technical account plans, lead enablement and roadmap discussions, identify risks and adoption gaps, coordinate cross-functional resolution of complex issues, and provide product feedback to influence roadmap and repeatable playbooks.
