Monitor and maintain Cyara’s global SaaS platform across AWS, Linux, Windows, VoIP, and contact-center systems. Respond to critical alerts in a 24x7 rotation, troubleshoot infrastructure and applications, manage upgrades, support uptime SLAs, monitor costs, and document incidents and runbooks. The role also develops automation and uses AI-assisted operational tools while coordinating incident updates with Support teams.

Manage strategic EMEA partnerships across AI providers, CCaaS companies, GSIs, and consultants. Recruit and onboard partners, negotiate agreements, develop joint business plans and go-to-market strategies, monitor performance, coordinate enablement, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Professional Services. Represent the company at industry events while expanding partner influence, revenue contribution, and market reach.

Manage and grow global systems integrator partnerships to drive pipeline, bookings, revenue, and market expansion. Develop alliance strategies, joint business plans, co-selling motions, and go-to-market programs. Build executive relationships, identify opportunities across CX and digital transformation initiatives, coordinate partner and internal teams, and forecast partnership-driven revenue. Represent the company at partner events and track alliance performance metrics.
