Leads daily marketing and communications operations for a credit union, including campaign planning, project timelines, content and creative development, vendor coordination, channel management, internal communications, performance reporting, and community events. Supervises staff, ensures quality and deadline adherence, improves processes, and supports brand awareness, membership growth, and regulatory-compliant communications.

Provides virtual teller and member support through Interactive Teller Machines, phone, email, chat, and text. Processes deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and other account transactions; balances daily activity; researches accounts; maintains files; validates member identities; and follows BSA, OFAC, KYC, and banking regulations. Promotes credit union products, manages CRM records, resolves inquiries, and delivers accurate, courteous service while meeting sales and service goals.
