The Account Manager is responsible for driving Net Revenue Retention (NRR) by managing customer portfolios, identifying upsell opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business growth.

The Account Manager will drive expansion, retention, and customer outcomes for a $5M - $10M+ portfolio. Responsibilities include owning Net Revenue Retention, managing renewals, identifying up-sell opportunities, and refining processes for the Account Management function.

The Customer Lifecycle Automation Manager will design and implement automated customer journey programs, focusing on onboarding, adoption, and retention while reducing manual efforts.
