Contribute to an AI Validation platform by evaluating multilingual model outputs, designing validation methodologies, benchmarking models, analyzing failures, and improving quality. Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and stakeholders to deliver production-ready AI solutions. Native Mandarin and advanced English proficiency are mandatory.

Supports Customer Success Managers with project coordination, internal briefs, presentation preparation, invoicing, cross-team coordination, data consolidation, and business tracking. The intern may shadow client meetings and participate in internal training calls. The role requires strong English, organization, attention to detail, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency, autonomy, interpersonal skills, and an interest in luxury retail and customer experience.

Lead European business development priorities by opening high-value opportunities with luxury and premium brands. Build and convert a qualified pipeline, manage complex proposals and tenders, negotiate commercial terms, close new business, and support strategic pursuits. Collaborate across Customer Success, Operations, and practice teams to create integrated solutions, ensure effective handovers, and represent CXG with senior stakeholders and industry networks.
