Provide frontline B2B technical support for CXApp customers by troubleshooting product issues, reproducing bugs, managing tickets and SLAs, and escalating complex problems. Perform Level 1 DevOps tasks including monitoring dashboards and logs, triaging alerts, checking CI/CD pipelines, restarting services, executing documented deployment procedures, and maintaining runbooks. Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Customer Experience teams while improving knowledge-base resources and customer satisfaction.
