Leads end-to-end development of RF components and systems, including requirements, schematic and PCB layout, bring-up, measurement, production, testing, and system integration. Automates RF measurement and data processing, supports new product introduction and design-for-manufacturing, debugs complex electrical systems, and mentors engineers. The role requires expertise in RF fundamentals, link budgets, analog/mixed-signal design, wideband architectures, and antenna and receiver design, with onsite work in El Segundo and eligibility for a security clearance.

Designs and secures edge and hybrid-cloud infrastructure operating in contested, air-gapped, and degraded network environments. Responsibilities include container hardening, threat modeling, vulnerability management, automated provisioning, secrets and PKI lifecycle management, Linux security, and DoD/IC accreditation compliance. The role also contributes to security architecture, embedded Linux hardening, secure software supply chains, and mission-critical infrastructure reliability.

Design, implement, characterize, and test digital signal-processing algorithms for electronic warfare systems. Develop Python repositories using CUDA and PyTorch, own requirements and verification artifacts, and support systems from concept through delivery. Work on adaptive beamforming, RF machine learning, resilient PNT, signal sorting, detection, filtering, and MIMO techniques. The role is onsite in El Segundo and may support extended test events, flight tests, customer demonstrations, and periodic travel.

The RF Hardware Engineer designs, tests, and builds RF systems for communications and RADAR, ensuring integration and validation of antennas and RF front ends while supporting critical test events and maintaining documentation throughout the process.
