Implement and maintain configuration management processes, tools, and controls to ensure system accuracy, consistency, and compliance. Analyze configuration data, support system configurations and release processes, align with organizational and regulatory standards, and work with clinical/code editing and claims coding (CPT/HCPCS/ICD-10). Requires QNXT experience and periodic Sunday updates.

Support and maintain configuration management processes, tools, and controls. Analyze configuration data, support system configurations and releases, ensure compliance with standards and regulatory requirements, and perform content updates (including 1–2 Sundays/month). Collaborate with teams, apply clinical/code editing concepts, and use coding systems to ensure accurate configuration across environments.

Design, develop, test, implement and support enterprise-scale software solutions for pharmacy systems. Collaborate across Agile teams and architects, produce system design artifacts, evaluate technical tradeoffs, mentor engineers, and contribute to roadmaps while coding as needed to deliver reliable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud-native services.
