Lead the design, configuration, development, integration, testing, and maintenance of the Varicent Sales Performance Management platform. Translate compensation business requirements into scalable technical solutions, manage product roadmaps and enhancements, develop reports and dashboards, support vendor releases and regression testing, and ensure documentation and delivery quality. Partner with HR, compensation, technical teams, and vendors while providing strategic guidance and mentoring.

The role also develops Workday Extend and Orchestration solutions, maintains integration compatibility through quarterly releases, resolves technical issues, and ensures scalable, secure, and reliable data exchange.

Develop and administer STIBO STEP solutions supporting enterprise master data management initiatives. Responsibilities include designing workflows, WebUI interfaces, attributes, validation rules, and integrations; ensuring data quality, governance, and platform performance; troubleshooting complex issues; supporting production operations and SaaS upgrades; and collaborating with Product, stakeholders, and engineering leadership. The role also includes mentoring engineers, estimating work, driving delivery, and implementing product, vendor, and customer data governance frameworks.
