Lead and scale engineering teams to design, build, and operate enterprise-scale AI-powered software and platforms. Define technical strategy, establish engineering best practices and architecture governance, partner with Product and Security, deliver secure, resilient cloud-native solutions, and recruit and develop engineering leadership to drive measurable business value through Generative AI and agentic technologies.

Lead product vision, roadmap, and backlog for clinician-facing workflow tools. Conduct workflow research, identify automation opportunities, define requirements, and partner with design, engineering, data science, clinical operations, and compliance. Drive usability improvements, AI and analytics use cases, product metrics, pilots, rollouts, change management, stakeholder alignment, and executive communication for utilization management and prior authorization workflows.

Owns strategy, roadmap, requirements, and delivery for an AI governance platform. The role guides governance-as-code capabilities, SDKs, APIs, automated controls, observability, agent workflows, metrics, user research, Agile ceremonies, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and engineering execution to enable responsible AI adoption.
