Lead the design, configuration, development, integration, testing, and maintenance of the Varicent Sales Performance Management platform. Translate compensation business requirements into scalable technical solutions, manage product roadmaps and enhancements, develop reports and dashboards, support vendor releases and regression testing, and ensure documentation and delivery quality. Partner with HR, compensation, technical teams, and vendors while providing strategic guidance and mentoring.

Designs, develops, deploys, and supports complex integrations between Workday and internal or external systems using Workday Studio, APIs, connectors, and transformation logic. Responsibilities include data migration, release management, production support, documentation, stakeholder collaboration, vendor coordination, and mentoring. The role also develops Workday Extend and Orchestration solutions, maintains integration compatibility through quarterly releases, resolves technical issues, and ensures scalable, secure, and reliable data exchange.
