Lead product analytics efforts by defining and tracking product metrics, building analytics-ready data models with dbt, creating Power BI dashboards, designing and interpreting A/B tests and causal analyses, developing ROI projections, partnering with engineering and clinical teams, and communicating insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Leads architecture, development, testing, deployment, and troubleshooting of scalable backend digital applications. Designs distributed systems using Java, Spring Boot, GraphQL, REST, microservices, relational and NoSQL databases, and cloud-native patterns. Establishes engineering, testing, CI/CD, observability, and documentation practices; mentors engineers; drives agile ceremonies, technical decisions, performance improvements, and technical debt reduction while collaborating with product, operations, and clinical stakeholders.

Provides hands-on technical leadership for enterprise AI security and supporting infrastructure. Responsibilities include designing AI security frameworks, reference architectures, threat models, privacy controls, secure pipelines, and proof-of-concept implementations. The role applies MITRE ATLAS, NIST, and emerging AI standards; secures hybrid and cloud environments using Zero Trust; conducts assessments; supports governance, compliance, audits, and risk management; and advises cross-functional engineering, legal, privacy, architecture, and business teams.
