Manages daily financial transactions, invoices, payroll, statutory deductions, reconciliations, banking activities, and accurate financial records using Tally. Prepares periodic financial reports, supports internal and external audits, submits statutory returns, and strengthens internal controls and administrative processes while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and statutory requirements.

Supports HR and recruitment assignments while generating leads, conducting client outreach, managing sales pipelines, preparing proposals, and supporting negotiations. Responsibilities also include candidate sourcing and screening, HR consulting, policy development, training coordination, client relationship management, market research, proposal reporting, and cross-selling. The role combines HR service delivery with business development, sales targets, recruitment coordination, and client retention activities.

Provides administrative and office support, manages calls, emails, social media inquiries, appointments, meetings, records, documentation, basic accounts, reports, and customer service. Ensures smooth daily operations and timely resolution of client, parent, and visitor inquiries.
