The Accounting Manager oversees accounting and accounts payable operations, including general ledger accounting, bank reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close, financial reporting, intercompany transactions, consolidations, and audit support. The role maintains GAAP compliance, internal controls, accounting policies, and process improvements while supervising and developing accounting staff. It also requires hands-on loan accounting expertise, cross-functional collaboration, confidential data handling, and leadership of complex, high-volume, multi-entity accounting activities.

Supports post-closing valuation, capital markets, asset management, and servicing functions for business-purpose real estate loans. Reviews appraisal reports for USPAP compliance, analyzes collateral values and downside exposure, evaluates construction progress and project feasibility, reconciles appraisals with BPOs and AVMs, and supports whole-loan sales, securitizations, and investor due diligence. Produces valuation exception summaries, executive reporting, memoranda, and valuation data integrations while coordinating value refreshes and provider relationships.
