Coordinates custom countertop projects from quote through completion, serving as the primary customer contact and liaison among sales, production, scheduling, and installation teams. Responsibilities include managing schedules, specifications, approvals, documentation, system records, customer updates, issue resolution, and project risks while ensuring accurate and timely execution.

Fabricates countertops by cutting, assembling, sanding, routing, banding, and finishing materials. Installs sinks, applies adhesives and silicone, lays laminate, finishes backsplashes, performs basic CNC machine operation, and completes quality checks. Maintains tools and work areas while following shop drawings, measurements, and instructions. Requires physical stamina, dexterity, basic mechanical skills, and the ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
