Coordinates customer logo development for embroidery and heat-transfer applications. Reviews artwork, communicates requirements to digitizers, produces samples, manages color accuracy and quality, obtains customer and licensing approvals, records logo information, and colors orders for production. Prioritizes competing workloads, maintains documentation, and collaborates with Customer Service, Sales, and Embroidery Operations while supporting fulfillment centers in Seattle and Dallas.

Supports and maintains warehouse management systems and connected fulfillment, labeling, embroidery, automation, and decoration technologies. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, system testing, configuration, master data maintenance, reporting, interface management, vendor coordination, user support, and assistance with Infor WMS and M3 projects. The role provides tier-one WMS support onsite at fulfillment centers and collaborates with central IT, warehouse teams, business analysts, and vendors.

Administer and support hybrid enterprise infrastructure across Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, Windows, Linux, VMware, networking, endpoints, security, backups, and disaster recovery. Monitor system health, manage patches and upgrades, resolve escalated technical issues, maintain documentation, support infrastructure projects, and participate in on-call and after-hours maintenance. The role is primarily onsite, includes required travel to company locations, and requires hands-on equipment support.
