Collaborate with internal teams, manage multiple client projects, identify process gaps, and develop technical and product expertise in a SaaS environment.

Provide broad in-house legal support for a SaaS business: draft and negotiate customer and supplier contracts, advise on data protection, AI and IP, manage contract lifecycle and insurance, support strategic projects, supervise a junior counsel, and improve legal processes and templates.
