Teams at Customs Support Group

Provide HR and office administration support for the Mauritius entity: maintain employee records, support onboarding/offboarding, prepare contracts, assist payroll inputs, manage office operations and vendors, handle employee queries, support benefits and compliance with Mauritian labour law, and prepare HR reports.

Design, develop, and deploy agent-based AI solutions and LLM integrations; build backend and integration components, connect systems via APIs, automate business processes with workflow/AI platforms, and ensure scalable, secure production operations.

Prepare and submit accurate export declarations, ensure documentation compliance, organize and schedule orders, process XML-based export data, work independently on routine tasks, and collaborate with the export team to meet deadlines and support key customers.
