Prepare import, export, and transit customs declarations; create shipping documents; calculate duties; prepare statements; and manage customs formalities in compliance with applicable laws. The role includes resolving customs irregularities, coordinating with operational teams, advising customers, and responding to inquiries. Candidates need customs, freight forwarding, and logistics experience, strong German and English skills, MS Office proficiency, SAP GTS experience, and a customer-focused, solution-oriented approach.

Prepare import, export, and transit customs declarations using ATLAS; calculate duties; prepare statements and shipping documents; coordinate with customs authorities; manage customs irregularities and formalities; advise customers on operational customs matters; and collaborate with logistics and operational teams. The role requires customs law knowledge, freight forwarding experience, strong English and German skills, customer orientation, and proficiency with MS Office and preferably SAP GTS.

Prepare shipping documents, import and transit declarations, customs documentation, duty calculations, and monthly statements. Coordinate with customs authorities on reviews, special duties, tax matters, and irregularities. Process import and export formalities according to customs and tax law, prepare transaction instructions, collaborate with operational teams, and advise customers on customs matters. The role requires freight forwarding experience, customs law knowledge, German and English proficiency, customer orientation, and MS Office skills.
