Lead daily customs declaration operations in Mauritius, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant processing. Coordinate workloads, monitor deadlines and KPIs, review declaration quality, coach team members, manage client issues, and escalate bottlenecks. Drive process improvement and adoption of automation and digital tools while supporting onboarding, training, succession planning, and employee engagement. Build strong customer and stakeholder relationships and adapt global standards to the local operating environment.

Provide first-line IT support and administer workplace systems across Belgium and the Netherlands. Responsibilities include managing helpdesk tickets, troubleshooting hardware, software, networks, and Microsoft 365, deploying devices, administering accounts and access, maintaining systems, supporting endpoint security, documenting procedures, training users, coordinating with vendors, and improving IT services and processes.

Design, develop, and deploy agent-based AI solutions and LLM integrations; build backend and integration components, connect systems via APIs, automate business processes with workflow/AI platforms, and ensure scalable, secure production operations.
