Teams at Customs Support Group

Manages end-to-end order-to-cash and credit control activities, including receivables collection, payment arrangements, debt collection, invoice accuracy, reporting, and month-end support. Collaborates with Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Finance, and IT while maintaining internal controls and audit compliance. The role also supports process improvements, automation, reporting, and Microsoft Dynamics Business Central enhancements in an international finance environment.

Process import and export customs declarations, documentation, and clearance instructions across road, sea, and air freight. Ensure compliance with HMRC legislation, customs procedures, CPCs, tariffs, Incoterms, and customer requirements. Manage workloads, customer communications, records, reporting, and Microsoft Dynamics jobs while meeting deadlines and KPIs. Liaise with customers, customs authorities, port operators, and international offices, and support continuous improvements to customs operations.

Supports daily customs and trade operations by reviewing documents, processing data, maintaining client systems and trackers, resolving discrepancies, monitoring deadlines, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining accurate records. The role follows established procedures, escalates exceptions, supports reporting, and suggests process improvements. It is a junior position with training provided and focuses on detail-oriented, recurring operational work across client accounts.
